Unified Planning Work Program

Every year the Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is developed as the North Florida TPO's transportation planning work program, identifying the planning budget and activities for that year. The UPWP also includes partner agencies’ planning tasks funded by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Federal Transit Administration (FTA).
